The hotel room was spacious and had sufficient room for our needs. The location of the hotel was convenient, being close to the lifts and ski slopes. the food served at the hotel was delicious and we had a full board package, which was a great advantage.
The bed in our room was old and uncomfortable, with a thin mattress and only one small pillow per person. The linens and sheets appeared dirty, and we experienced itching and red bumps on our bodies, which was quite concerning.

The location of this hotel is great, as it is near the lifts for easy access to skiing and snowboarding. the room was quite spacious, providing enough space for our family with two small kids. Despite some issues, the bedding was clean and comfortable. the bathroom, although in need of improvement, had a shower with decent water pressure. the breakfast served was satisfactory, providing a good variety of food options. the hotel had a friendly bartender and owner, creating a positive atmosphere.
The reception staff could improve their friendliness and communication skills.

We spent our Christmas at a hotel in the mountains and had a great time. the location was perfect with ski slopes nearby and stunning views of the surroundings. the food was also very good and there was plenty of it, we especially loved the traditional dishes they offered.
The room was disappointing. the bed was uncomfortable and old, and the linens seemed dirty.
